- Support, untwist and advertise documentary films
- Acquaint public, professionals, cinema and television distributors
with Ukrainian and foreign documentary films

Ukraine as from others countries
- Cooperate with producers and festivals of documentary films
- Cooperate with other organizations and cultural institutions

Ukraine as from others countries
- Active assistance professional partnership and informational
exchange between Ukraine and other countries in documentary and other
kinds of art
- Support and elucidate talented and creative youth in ³documentary
and other kinds of art
- Promote popularization of Ukrainian culture in Ukraine and abroad
- Support and popularize all kinds of art, which are the parts of
film production – film, photo, fine arts, music, singing, ballet
and so on
- Enhance the prestige and role of documentary films as important
factor in social life
