REGULATIONS

• Competition begins on the 1st of October 2009 and will be finished on the 31st of March 2010.
• The festival will take place in Kyiv, 26--30 of April 2010. Inauguration of the festival places on the 26th of April 2010 at 18-00 in the Cinema House (Red Room). Award of the winners will be held on April 30th, 2010.
  
• We accept for competition's showing documentary, educational, fiction, TV programs, also music video developed in 2005-2009 on government or privet studios of Ukraine or any other country. Films should be: with duration not longer then 60 minutes, in any format (film 35 mm, BETACAM SP, VHS, CD, DVD), good quality.
  
• Add to film: short film's content, photo from film, producer's or operator's photo (better both) with short biography.
  
• Apply form for participation in festival.
  
• Film's originals that were allowed to be shown on main competition should be given before festivals starts, not later then 2 weeks before festival's beginning. You will be notified in case of accepting your film on competition during a month.
  
• Participation in festival's work, crossing. hotel, food at yours own expense.
  
• In case if you want take part in festival’s work orgenizators will help you with tickets' reservation (train, airplane) and hotel's room any class. Participant should notify organizators about it but not later then 1 month before festival's start.
